I just wondered what to do to get an own map to save your buildings from griefers.
I really would like to make some big thinks but I don`t trust all the people in the server .....

Well, we dont have to create maps. We could just zone them with the people who can only build in them. Even if we zone to one paticular person, all operators CAN build in it.
