Im a bit dissapointed with some ops in YouBuild. Apperantely some ops have been giving ranks TOO easy. Its not a easy rank server. Only builder and advbuilder are pretty easy. But they get harder.
Multibuilder and expert takes a lot of work (minimun 5 buildings) And I've seen people build 1 big building and thats it to get expert. Some people have been getting Architect in less then a week. Thats not how it works. They have to work extremely hard for it. I will be keeping look out for these ops, and If it keeps happening too often, I will be demoting people. And If it does not work, I WILL be demoting ops.
If any ops like to build, and think they dont want to do all that ranking, and checking and stuff, be apart time Architect and Op. Because (Im not naming names) but ops have been building too much and not paying attention on their job.
As I said, If easy ranking will be tolerated, I will demote people and ops (which will be very upsetting) If I am clear, please, listen carefully to what I am saying. This is not a joke.
Changing subject, for any trustedop+, please dont rank any people op, ask me first.
Im really sorry It has come to this, but if any ops dont think your up to this, be part time architect, part time op.
