Moderator Applications / My Application!

QUESTIONS:
1.How old are you? (No need to lie, Im porbably younger then you.)
2.Where do you live? (No address. Just country!)
3. Which section would you like to moderate? (Support, Forums Games? etc etc..)
4. How many hours per week to go you go the forums?
5. Have you moderated a forum before? (Doesnt matter if you havent ^^)
6. How would you help the forums get stronger and more popular?
7. Are you part of the youbuild community? (Do you acutally go to youbuild?)
8. What is your name and rank there?
ANSWERS:
1. I am 11!
2. I live near your house Noize! (England !)
3. I would like to moderate... Other! (Forum games/contest....)
4. I go basically everyday. Dont know the hours but I usually go In the afternoons.
5. Not really, but I always keep a look out for forum breakers!
6. I would make sure no ruler breakers, and well just do what I would normally do!

Server Suggestions / Ranking System - Too EASY?! (read please)

As I've been watching and building around I've seen that people have been getting ranks FAR too easy. This is what I think HOW ops should give out ranks:
Getting Builder
Build something small and simple.
Getting ADV
Build something bigger and more decorative then builder.
Getting Creative
Simply build something creative. A boot, a cd, a guitar, something original.
Getting Super
Build 1-2 things that are nice and big.
Getting Multi
Build 3-5 things which look nice and preferably big.
Getting Expert
Use your skills and try and combine something that is epic.
Getting Architect
Build fancy things, dont be upset if an op doesnt think its enough.
Getting Moderator
Earn commands before you become a moderator, you dont HAVE to build. Kick griefers and tempban them. Be nice to others aswell.
Getting Operator
Show the admins how trusted you can be. Remember to be good!
Getting Trustedop
xban players, kick griefers, help people. Make sure you're not always building. If someone needs you, you go to them before anything. And remember, make sure their building is good enough, dont be afraid to say NO!
Getting Admin
Always be active on the server, visit the levels daily becuase of griefers and be the best you can to the staff members!

When you built something and got multibuilder I thought it wasnt enough so I told Cronikola and he deranked you to adv.

Ikn0xedupi stop being a noob. Stop saying bad things about our server aswell, Its the best anyway an you know it. And Stop lying aswell. And also, dont ever kick me from a server, otherwise I can ask EVERY SINGLE server to ban you. So If you quit, go away from our server, and start being more respectful to other people.

Builds / My Builds and My Future Projects

Hey, today I'll show u some of what I built to get higher ranks.
To get Builder, I built a small, simple house.
-To get AdvBuilder, I built a castle.
-To get CreativeBuilder, I built a lighthouse, big house and boat on Mountains2.
-To get SuperBuilder, I built a village with horseygirl3000 and made a cute house.
-To get Multibuilder, I built a Lolipop station, MCDonalds, 3 Pixels (Megaman, Pikachu and a pokemon pixel which I do not know name.
Now what I am working on is getting Expert:
-I built 1 pixel (pokemon)
-I am working on charizard (pixel pokemon).
-I built a tower with tatu9234.
My Future Projects:
-Spaceship.
-Treehouse.
-Skydive community map.
-A new main.
Thats all my ideas and projects for now, please, and I beg of you to NOT copy me. Otherwise you'll know what I'll do.. You Dont?! You'll find out when you copy my fabulous ideas!
PS:I would like some people helping me with the skydive community map. If anyone has any experience meet me in YOU.Build!
